The hotel is superbly located, close to the old town, beach, and vibrant entertainment spots. The rooms are spotless and offer excellent comfort, but there were some issues with service and dining. The central location is a major highlight, offering easy access to a variety of amenities.

The hotel had some drawbacks like not being able to adjust the radiator in the rooms, a tiny balcony that posed a safety risk, the need to purchase tea and milk, limited plug availability, and the gym was unavailable upon arrival. However, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating even on Xmas Day, and the location was superb for exploring the town and beach.
